Welcome to the Northeast Missouri Regional Professional Development Center (Northeast RPDC) located on the campus of Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build the capacity of educators and schools to maximize student performance through high quality professional development.

Our Reach

The Northeast RPDC is part of a network of nine Regional Professional Development Centers established by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). These centers offer a comprehensive array of services aimed at addressing the professional development requirements of public school educators and leaders. Our service area encompasses 17 Missouri counties, including Adair, Chariton, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Linn, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Pike, Putnam, Ralls, Randolph, Schuyler, Scotland, Shelby, and Sullivan.

Professional Learning Opportunities

We are committed to delivering professional learning opportunities tailored to the unique needs of teachers, leaders, and schools. Our offerings include in-person sessions at the RPDC, on-site training at schools, and virtual programs.
